Terms of service

• Prices shown on this website are retail prices and already include 7% VAT.
• Some items are not sold online and require a quotation, and the price on that quotation may differ from the website price.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but a price already confirmed on an order does not change.

• Every order is paid for before dispatch, by PromptPay or by transfer into the company bank account.
• Please attach your transfer slip on the order tracking page so we can verify it and begin dispatch.
• We begin preparing an order only after confirming that the full amount has been received.

• We deliver to the address given on the order. Please check it is correct before you confirm.
• Delivery time depends on the courier and on the destination area.
• We post the tracking number on the order tracking page once the goods have been sent.

The stock figures shown are the most recent the system holds, and may not match what is on the warehouse floor at that moment.

If an item turns out to be out of stock after you have paid, we will contact you and either refund you in full or offer you a replacement to choose from.

If you need a full tax invoice, say so when you order and give the taxpayer name and the 13-digit taxpayer ID. We cannot issue one retrospectively across a tax month.

Electrical equipment must be installed by a competent, qualified electrician. The company is not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation or incorrect use.
