• The name, telephone number, email address and delivery address you enter when ordering or requesting a quotation
• Tax invoice details (taxpayer name, taxpayer ID, branch, address) — only when you ask for a tax invoice
• The image of the transfer slip you upload
• The items and the amounts on your order
• The IP address used when ordering, to guard against fraudulent orders

• To process your order, verify payment, and deliver the goods
• To issue receipts and tax invoices as tax law requires
• To contact you about an order, a delivery, or a warranty matter

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

• Company staff who handle orders and deliveries
• The courier — only the name, telephone number and delivery address, and only as far as delivery requires
• Our email service provider, for order status emails
• Government authorities, where there is a legal duty to disclose

Accounting and tax records — orders, receipts and tax invoices — are kept for at least 5 years, as accounting and revenue law requires.

Transfer slip images are kept only as long as verification and accounting require, and are then deleted.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

• see the personal data we hold about you, and ask for a copy
• ask us to correct data that is wrong
• ask us to delete your data — except the part accounting and tax law obliges us to keep
• object to, or ask us to suspend, our use of your data
• complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee
